Refund policy

All products from Healing for Hair and Skin are personal hair or body care products and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). All products from this site are personal care goods products and are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds MAY be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed.

All products from Sister You Hold the Key are eligible for returns within 14 days of purchase. The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer via deduction from the total purchase cost. 

Discount Codes

All discount codes must be used at time of checkout. No exceptions. 

Damages/Packaging Errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Allergic Reactions

Whole Body Hair and Skin also known as Healing for Hair and Skin by Theresa MUArtistry is not responsible for any allergic reactions or any medical treatments/bills as a result of allergic reactions when using the products sold on this site. Each purchaser is responsible for reading the ingredients and doing their own allergic reaction test upon receiving the product/s. If an allergic reaction occurs cease use of the product immediately. By purchasing these products, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. On rare occasions and with proof of allergic reactions a refund MAY be allowed after the return of the unused product has been received.  All refund decisions are at the discretion of the owner of Healing for Hair and Skin by Theresa MUArtistry.
